Objective: To raise awareness about Hepatitis, its transmission, and prevention, and promote coping mechanisms among affected communities.
Overview:
Rural Development Organization (RDO) implemented the Hepatitis Awareness Program to address the growing concern of Hepatitis in rural areas. The project aimed to educate communities about the disease, reduce stigma, and promote healthy practices.
Key Activities:
1. Conducted community awareness sessions and workshops.
2. Distributed educational materials (posters, brochures, flyers).
3. Organized free Hepatitis screening and testing.
4. Provided counseling and support to affected individuals.
5. Partnered with local health departments and medical professionals.
Impact:
1. Reached over 5,000 community members.
2. Conducted 1,500 free Hepatitis screenings.
